What to build

F1 colour rules and the fastest lap.

LAST LAP / BEST LAP colours: green = racer's personal best (their last_ms equals their best_ms), purple = fastest lap of anyone in this race, yellow otherwise; white when there is nothing to compare.
Header shows FASTEST LAP: racer, time, and the lap number it was set on (tracked by the page when best_ms changes; — for the lap number if the page joined mid-race).
A row flashes green for ~2 s when the racer gains a place, red when they lose one.
Fastest lap and personal bests reset when a new race starts.

Acceptance criteria

The overall fastest lap is purple in both the BEST LAP column and the header
A racer whose last lap is their personal best shows green; otherwise yellow
Gaining/losing a place flashes the row green/red for about 2 s
Starting a second race clears the previous fastest lap

Implemented in examples/live-timing/index.html: green/purple/yellow LAST+BEST colours (white when no lap), FASTEST LAP header with racer/time/lap (— if joined mid-race), 2s green/red row flash on position change, and fastest/PB/flash state reset when standings clear or a new snapshot arrives. Syntax-checked only; not exercised against a live/replayed feed.
