What to build

POWERUPS column showing what each racer is holding, from the feed contract agreed on #19:

{"racer":3, "...": "...", "powerups":["bolt","shunt",null]}

Inside each standings entry: slot-ordered lowercase powerup names, null = empty slot, array length = that racer's slot count (a game setting, don't assume 3), key absent = unknown.
One powerup icon per slot, empty slots as dark rounded outlines; column width = the largest slot count seen. Divider before the column.
The column stays hidden until any racer has the key, so the page works on today's feed. Live data arrives with milestone 11 (Powerups in the feed); this ticket doesn't wait for it.

Acceptance criteria

With a capture edited to include powerups, each racer shows their held powerups in slot order with empty outlines
With today's feed (no key) the column doesn't appear and nothing else shifts oddly
A slot count other than 3 renders correctly

Added POWERUPS column to examples/live-timing/index.html: slot-ordered icons per racer, null slots as dark rounded outlines, width from largest slot count seen (min fits header), divider before it, hidden until any racer has powerups, racers lacking the key show a dash. Verified via headless Chrome with a stubbed feed: no key (no column), 3 slots, mixed 1/5/2 slots.
