What to build

A Starlight site in website/ builds from docs/ (with docs/agents, docs/research, docs/inventory excluded) and shows all seven sections in the sidebar: Home, Play on macOS, What's changed, Integrations, Develop, Reference, Legal. Existing pages and ADRs get title: frontmatter and land in their sections. A Forgejo workflow deploys develop to a preview URL and main to production on *.pages.dev.

Acceptance criteria

  • Site builds locally and in CI from docs/ content; internal dirs absent from output
  • Every existing public page and ADR appears in the right section with frontmatter, no duplicate H1
  • Broken internal links or anchors fail the build
  • Pushing develop updates the preview URL; pushing main updates production
  • Node toolchain is needed only for docs, not for the game build

Done (commit 7b1cf97). Starlight site in website/ loads docs/ via a symlink + glob loader excluding agents/research/inventory. All 7 sidebar sections present; every docs page and ADR has title: frontmatter (leading H1 removed). starlight-links-validator fails the build on broken links/anchors (verified). .forgejo/workflows/docs.yml builds on docs changes and runs wrangler pages deploy --branch <branch> on push to develop (preview) / main (production). Node only under website/.

Needs human setup: Cloudflare Pages project (default name blur, production branch main), secrets CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN + CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID, optional var PAGES_PROJECT; deploy skipped w/o secrets. Custom domain blur.entropylan.party not configured. Home/Play/What's changed/Legal are minimal real pages; #43-#45 flesh them out. Not run in CI (runner unavailable here); local build passes. Note: harness sets npm_config_allow_scripts which breaks npm in project dirs, use env -u.
